Lancashire Encounter have teamed up with Derelict: Art of the City to bring us their latest shop based public exchange. ‘We are OPEN’ is an arcade of agency for renewed possibility. The shop will host six resident Lancashire based artists, each with agency to share. Over six consecutive weeks, our artists will lead the public in moments of artistic exchange, designed to stir and revive our passion and possibility for collective change in a post-pandemic world.
