About
NO BULL!
Like a Spanish ‘Running of the Bulls,’ NO BULL! is an ironic recreation of the famous Pamplona tradition with a twist…
Join Derelict for a 2.5k journey through the streets, alleys and market places of Preston city centre, encountering pop up performances along the way.
Years ago the controversial and brutal sport ‘Bull Baiting’ took place on Preston’s Flag Market until it was rightly banned in 1726, the remains of the bull ring still exist to this day.
NO BULL! aims to question cultural traditions in a celebration of what we feel is acceptable.
Key Information.
Date/Time: Saturday 22nd September 2018, 12 - 4pm
If you’re interested in either of Derelict’s call outs please email charlotte@derelictlive.org with an expression of interest.
Please note that this is a voluntary project and is free to take part.
